Principles of Ecotourism
Benefits for Local GovernmentThe facility will allow for another source to help bring in more tax dollars from the surrounding area. The park will bring in people from outside of the area that will have to spend money at local business. While all funds go to the animals, the government will still benefit on tax money increase in the surrounding area like in shops and housing facilities.
Benefits for Local Economic DevelopmentThe Safari tours attracts people from all around the world. This brings in revenue to the locals through means of hotel rooms, food vendors, and transportation fees. Travelers improve the economy and give opportunities for businesses to grow.
Benefits for Local ResidentsThe facility allows for local residents to be educated in conservation efforts to help the animals housed in it. This will allow for the locals to be educated in taking action to help these animal's natural environments.
Benefits for Local BusinessesThe park will bring in people from just outside the surrounding area as well as people from around the world. This flooding of non-local people will bring more people into local businesses. The increase in tourism will help increase local business income.

Benefits for Environment
AKA Nairobi Safaris hope to achieve conservation of the environment and animals, as well as raising awareness to the importance of these two things. The facility protects the animals by creating a safe location for them to live, without being greatly disturbed by urbanization. By allowing people to see and appreciate the environment through the safaris, the animal's habitat have a greater chance at thriving.
AKA Corporation
The corporation we work for is AKA Nairobi Safaris. We are an eco-friendly corporation that loves to show the beauty of the natural world around us. We spread across Kenya and have many different safaris to hopefully open their eyes to the harmful things we are doing to harm our wondrous world.
